I'm not even joking.Glorybound Gyros has a wonderful flavor combination of good meats, great sauces and fluffy bread too combine into a perfectly solid gyro. The balance is right on point compared to other gyros in town and the price is great, especially if you hit it on the $6 gyro day. However, their cooks bring old staples of T-town back to life on the pizza. Fluffy enough to be soft in the middle but crunchy to the bite, the crust is artistic and unmatched until Mellow Mushroom returns - and even then, you're looking at a tie. The same great toppings for the gyro work wonders here, and the whole assembly is a delight to bite into. Treat yourself one day, this is worth the cost plus.Going in at 1-2pm I'm no good to comment on service, but it did more than fine for my tastes and earned its 20%.GBG may be the place to flip the Red Drew corner curse. Keep putting this food out and I'm sure it will.

Glory Bound has gotten a lot of flak recently, and rightfully so. The PR nightmare from a few weeks ago is definitely cause for suspicion and misgivings around this popular local spot. However, Glory Bound's reputation was certainly earned. The food is good, hot, and served promptly. The atmosphere is nice, despite the terseness of the older man behind the counter. Overall, an enjoyable experience that left me wanting to try more.
